Time to post!

Its been a while since I’ve posted here. Man, I’m horrible at this. 😅

Honestly not a ton going on. Mostly been the usual. I did have a week of vacation which was nice. I have another coming in August. 😃 I didn’t do anything really. Just stayed home, but our vacations usually are more staycations anyway.

I did however get Disney+. I was just planning to have it a couple months (for vacations) but I think I’ll be keeping it. So much good stuff on there! Plus one of the shows my mom likes is on there, The Incredible Dr. Pol which is a vet show basically. I enjoy it too.

Speaking of which Infinity Train Book 3 is coming to HBOMax in August. So, guess I’ll get that for a bit. Definitely not keeping it since its more expensive. Kinda bummed they moved Infinity Train on there, though it could be better for the show. This season looks really good, as usual.

Ha, I’m listening to my music on shuffle, have been all afternoon and this is the third time “Other Friends” from Steven Universe: The Movie has played. I have two different soundtracks on it and I know one has a couple different versions. Just find it funny. 😂 Its a good song though. 😜

But anyway, like I said other then that stuff not a ton going on.

Steven Universe

Some of you may or may not know this, but I’m a big fan of Steven Universe.

I still remember Cartoon Network advertising it around when it started. I honestly figured it was another of their stupid shows. I randomly caught episodes here and there, and didn’t have much of a opinion I think. I ended up watching one of the major episodes when Lapis shows up. I continued to watch episodes like that, and decided the plot was really good, and watched more episodes. Mind you I didn’t go out of my way all the time to watch it, but I watched a lot of it.

It was a fun, somewhat odd show. But it taught some great messages. On top of that and probably my favorite thing other then the story is the music. It has great music (vocal and background). Some of it I listen to to give me a pick me up. Just…really positive and great.

I also have a decent amount of merchandise from it.

Last year (I think?) the main series ended. Some of us weren’t sure if it truly was the end or if another season was coming. Word was it was coming. Either way, the way the last one ended, was a perfect ending, so it could of. I loved it.

Sometime after we got the movie, which I completely adore. I’ve watched it many times. It also gave us a lot of great songs. Sometime after that a new, and last season was announced: Steven Universe Future. Which was supposed to tie up loose ends.

Today, was the finale of it, and the series.

I’m not going to go into details so as not to spoil it. I’ll say this much: Some fans predictions were correct. Some parts had me laughing, and other parts, near the climax, made me almost cry. I had tears rolling during the climax. I basically was trying to hide it since my mom and sister were watching with me. And then, it ended. At first, it just feels…like nothing as far as the ending. But honestly…I guess it was a good ending to the show. After watching it…I honestly wanted to cry. Its…over. No more Steven Universe. Its hard to realize how much I loved the show. Gravity Falls has always been my favorite and likely always will, but Steven Universe has moved right next to it. Its been up there for a while anyway. It just…is an amazing show.

I really wanna buy the episodes on iTunes and watch it all over.

Doctor adventures!

So some entries back I mentioned how I’ve been having issues with UTI’s. Its been going on for a good three months. Right now on low dose antibolics which seem to keep it at bay. I’ve missed a day here and there and immediately it comes back either in frequent trips to the bathroom or pain in my side. But as long as I take them I’m fine.

I had an appointment today where they were to use a camera to look in my bladder. I was super nervous about it. A month or so ago I had gone to a ‘lady doctor’ and man that had hurt. I was in tears. Probably somewhat cause I was tender in the area from all these UTI’s. Anyway, I got that done today. It didn’t really hurt. A bit, but not much. Also got to see my bladder on the screen. 😝 Was really weird. But it was all normal. Its good…but I wish I had an answer for this. Right now I just continue with the antibolics.

I was rather sore after, but it wasn’t too bad. I went home, ate, and slept. 😴 Only other thing I really did today (other then work before the appointment) was play Steven Universe: Unleash the Light, which I finished a bit ago. But gotta do all the other stuff still, so working on that.
