I’m sorry about your mom being sick, I went through something like that with my dad years ago. I’ve been wanting to see the new beauty & beast movie, I’ll probably watch it some time this week.

Thank you and sorry to hear you went through it too! *hug*

And you should! It was awesome!

May I ask why your mom is on constant oxygen? I’m sorry to hear her health is so poor as of late. Many wishes she’ll recover well!

I like how you log what you read, you’re weight updates and other such things in a monthly review of sorts. Your organization and willingness to share makes me love you even more!

Also…what font is this? I adore it!

She has COPD I think its called plus asthma. She’s always had trouble with breathing, but its gotta much worse. 😭 But thank you so much for your well wishes!

I was keeping track of most of the stuff on my own, but saw a lot of blogs posting what happened last month, so I decided to as well.

And the font I think its Cherry+Swash.

I am glad you loved Beauty and the Beast – I really want to watch it at some point! πŸ™‚

I’m sorry to hear about your mum’s diabetes. I am sure it will be treated the right way with assistance from doctors.

On this side of the world, we gained an hour for DST, haha.

You should!

Thank you too!

And lucky! I miss my hour of sleep!

You must be in the southern hemisphere? We actually just sprung forward in early March.

I know about COPD. My grandfather had it before he passed of course he was doing bad things other than that which didn’t help it along. Regardless, I didn’t know you celebrated Lent? Are you Catholic? Hmm interestsing!

Aw, I’m sorry to hear that! 😭

Yep! We don’t do much for it really. Mostly just the no eating meat thing. Sometimes I try to give up something for it too.

How did you find Beauty and the Beast? I really enjoyed it πŸ™‚

I loved it! I wasn’t expecting much, but it really surprised me! I was sitting there grinning like a moron watching it!

My mum is Catholic so maybe she expects me to give stuff up for Lent, but as I’m not I didn’t. Haha.

I’m sad that we lost an hour, as well, but it means the days are longer and it’s lighter in the evening now – so I can’t complain too much!

My dad is the same, haha.

Hope your mum gets better soon <3

My mom has never cared too much if we gave up stuff or not. Like she doesn’t make an issue out of it.

That’s true! Plus it looks so much nicer out now!

And thank you!

Aww. I hope your mom feels better.

I don’t like daylight savings too! I wish I can 1 hr more sleep in the mornings…

I know, right?

I loved Beauty and the Beast so much! I haven’t seen the animated movie so I was just really amazed by the whole experience. I was crying because I didn’t know it would be THAT beautiful. Haha!

I don’t ever remember giving up anything for Lent, though I was raised in a Catholic home. My parents do prepare seafood during Fridays though, coz they’re saying it’s a no-meat day during Lent.

It was such a great movie!

I think I only ever gave something up once. Or attempted. I don’t remember. But we do the no meat, though its not always seafood for us.

No worries about the “not giving up anything”. If there’s something you want to offer, offer it, but don’t feel forced – it’s only meaningful if you do it spontaneously. Sometimes offering your daily trials with an additional intention means more than other things. πŸ™‚ We do the “no meat” on Fridays, too, unless we have meat that’s going bad (that happens rarely, but wasting food is much worse than not observing the “no meat” offering).

I don’t know how long your mom will need to stay on oxygen, but I hope and pray your mom’s health improves. πŸ™

My dad has diabetes (not sure what type), too, and it’s always ups and downs. Medicines and healthy eating habits help, though.

Sending you hugs!
