So another year is nearly over, so I’m going to briefly look at the past year! Its honestly been a pretty rough year, mostly due to my constant worries and anxiety and all that yucky stuff, but hopefully that can improve, anyway, on to the post!
- Anxiety Stuff: As I mentioned I have issues with constant worries and anxiety stuff. Its gotten worse the past year. My doctor that I got my anti-depression medicine was retiring so we had to find a new one. This time I opted for a more counseling experience. I can’t say much with how its going. Not too sure. But the people there are nice. So here’s hoping it helps!
- Spending: I’ve been spending more as well, which I have to cut down on. Some of it is stuff I needed, while others were limited stuff, or to try to make myself feel better. I realize that isn’t good and shall try to restrain myself more.
- Meditating: I’ve been meditating more on and off. I do find when I put the effort in it does seem to help. Going to try to keep it up!
- Exercising/Weight: I’ve sadly gained weight. I’ve haven’t really been exercising and need to get back to that. I want to lose it to feel better (and look better), but also to hopefully help my back issues, plus it would be good for my health. So I’ll try to put more of an effort into that.
- Reading: I’ve not read very much this year and am hoping to read way more!
